In a nutshell,. theres this guy whom i seemed to tak a liking too.I think what did it was the fact that he would always smile at me, and come up to me and ask how I was.He gave me his cell number, but when he called me, and he heard my voice , he hung up but he called back and he told me he would like to my FRIEND and that if I wanted to go to a movie or hang out to give him a call..so a month passes, and we workout together, and the whole time he's blushing and laughing, and he tells me"you make the cuttest litlle faces" and he's asking me "do I have a friend to work out with" and if not he would like to workout with me...so a week goes by...and we talk and I told him i enjoy his company and we should hang out.. he says that we could but in a few weeks because he has no money..so a few weeks go by...and no phone call, so I text message him, while he as at work to get coffee after he gets off.. he then tells me..he's at work, so we should get together next week...

I think you should! i mean he sounds like a nice guy! But maybe don't be so how do i put it cute around him. Or call him constantly! Maybe you could ask him if he ever would interested in going out! DON'T MAKE IT OBVIOUS YOU WANT TO!! But whatever he says know that there is a perfect guy just for you! Also if he still puts you off tell him or question him why then if he does not answer that don't MAKE CONTACT! STOP HE IS NOT INTERESTED!!! Whatever happens you are still a great person!

Wow you are in a difficult possition right now. Seems like the guy is kind of difficult but reaaly likes you. Maybe he wants to be sure of what he really wants before he makes a decision. If that happens to me I would wait for him to call because you already made your move. But again is your decision and you do whatever you think is best for you. Hope this helps. :)

Yes, you should call. Haven't you realize you have been leading him on and then shying away just the same as he has. Maybe you should have been taking the inititive to call him earlier...just because he's a guy doesn't mean he should do all of the calling and be in control. However, you shouldn't waste your time on him.

Yeah sounds a bit fishie almost like he's taken or even married. I would flat out ask him whats his deal he gives you his cell number and tells you all this other stuff but yet he's still trying to hang out and leading you on yeah somethings up. Find out if he's taken.

IF you're interested in him, go ahead and call him, why not? But a guy's gotta be decisive. He's gotta know what he wants. If he kept saying next week, next week, and blowing you off, then that's a different story. Since your phone was off for a week (what happend w/that?), hit him up and see wsup.

This guy has a fear of commitment, so don't do anything that might provoke his fears. If you like him, you should be willing to play freinds for awhile, and see if he gets used to your company, and wants to be with you. If he wants more than a freindship, without any sort of commitment, then he's out of luck. You deserve better.

Sounds like he's playing hard to get or has commitment issues. I don't see a problem in you calling him...go ahead and do so. But ask yourself if you're willing to continue playing this cat and mouse game with him.

If he texted you and your phone was off you'd still be able to see that he messaged you and just wait for him but don't focus your life around this phone call and if he doesn't call it's his loss

If you turn on your cell and he has called/emailed/tm'd then call him back; otherwise, let it go.
He is being too wishy-washy. Move on to find someone better for you.

Well, its pretty obvious to me that this guys just not sure he's into you. I'd stay his friend and not push the relationship unless he shows you otherwise.
