n = index of refraction
c = speed of light in vacuum
v = speed in the given medium
n = c / v
v = c / n

v = 3.00x10^8 meters per second / 1.52
v = 1.974 x 10^8 meters per second

It's 3*19^8/1.52 or about 1.9737 * 10^8 m/s
