no it won't hurt or nearly every baby boomer offspring would have died, you know the saying, say that and you'll get soap in the mouth? there you go. I have 5 kids and if eating soap of any kind was to kill people then they'd have been goners along time ago just from bath time alone. I can tell you,eat alot of it and you will probably get the runs. thats about it though. Yes nearly all soap is made with lye, for sure bar soap but when they cure it the lye disipates otherwise it would burn you like crazy, I have made many batches of soap and know this is true.

No, traces of soap are harmless. It may cause some diarrhea, but doubtful. I'm concerned that you may be obsessing a little and that can in itself be difficult to live with. Perhaps, vigorous exercise, activities with friends, or even volunteer work can help your life to be more positive and productive. Have a great new year.

YOu need to rad the back of the soap bottle. Does it say anything about poisoning or anything? IT really depends on what the soap is made of, but for the most part soap is harmless if ingested in that amount.

I believe so. Actually it depends on how much soap and what brand of soap. i know this sounds silly, but it does really matter what brand. If you have more information that would be nice...
