It depends on if your computer has bluetooth and it also depend on what type of computer you have (PC or Macintosh). I know how to do it for Macintosh, but not on regular computers. You need to provide more information.

Phone manufactuers make software just for this purpose Motorola for instance calls it PhoneTools you can get the software from the company that made the phone (not free) and use that to transfer data between your pc and the phoe.
I use phonetools with a 2 year old Motorola v551 to make my own ringtones.

try emailing it to your phone, but normally you need software and a cord to go from pc to phone. The other option is to stop using limewire to download illegally an just pay a $1 for the song.
