Peterson is my favorite out of the two. I just like the way he is so versatile, but I do have to admit that Lance Briggs is better. The stats are there to prove it. You can't argue this one because Peterson has been injured in the majority of his seasons and just doesn't have the stats to go up against him, regardless of what defense he plays for.

i like peterson but lance briggs is one of the best in the nfl now

peterson is excellent, but his career has been concealed for some reason, probably by playing the majority of his career for horrible 49ers teams...briggs, i think, is still better because of his speed off the edge and ability to get to the passer, as well as cover...peterson excels more in run defense rather than pass rushing or coverage

Peterson can dominate a football game.I dont think Briggs has that aura yet.

Lance is up and coming but I think Julian's still got it. I mean, I know it's partially SEA schemes, but that guy can blitz pretty damn well, especially for a 4-3 OLB (which arn't as big as 3-4 OLBs).
