I have never gone atnning before at a tanning salon. Im alittle worried thatthey'll think im dumb when i go in there becasue i have no idea what to do or what to expect. Any info or tips wouldbe great but i do have a few specific questions...are the tanning beds ussually in a closed off room so no one can see you? Is it going to make me feel cloustraphobic being closed in the bed? Do i HAVE to wear eyes goggles? uummm, how long and how many times should i go tan ( i have an olive cxomplexion, tan pretty easily, and only want to get a healthy glow not a fabe bake look) ? Do i need to buy any special lotions or anything before i tan? What do i do when i get there? Just hop in the bed and then pay and leave???? What do i wear??? lol..i need help as you can see!

Just tell the girl at the front desk that it's your first time. She won't think you're dumb. After you fill out the paperwork and pay, she'll show you to the room. You can close and lock the door. If you get claustraphobic easily, just ask her to set the timer for a short session. Remember: if it gets to be too much, you can push open the bed and get out and no one will know.
A few tips:
For your first time I wouldn't go for more than 8-10 minutes.
Bring your own lotion. The stuff they sell you there is way overpriced. You can get a pre-sunning lotion at Target for a couple bucks.
You should wear the goggles, but it won't kill you not to.
You'll be able to see your tanning progress, so just stop going when you think you're dark enough.
I always tanned nude (no tan lines!) but you can wear underwear or a bathing suit if that makes you uncomfortable.

wear eye goggles, my mom went tanning and she regrets it she gt wrinkles and age spots early I suggest you dont do it and plus you can get skin cancer
