train, like running sprint work outs, work on hills, do like pilaties(cant spell it) but like yoga, yoga streches and relaxes ur body which is good. practice makeing ur stride longer, dont run everyday take one day off a week..

agility, work on short sprints and long sprints. run as fast as you can for 2min then rest then do it again. gradually increase your time
