I have an inflammed pulled muscle in my lower back making it so hard to sit, stand, etc.

First things first, anything HOT will only be temporary and then make the muscles and the aching more swollen and stiff. I'd stear clear from that.

My doctor recommend just laying around for a few days, just relaxing the back and taking perscripted drugs; or just a lot of advil or something.

After you're able to more around more, you just stretch your back at least three times a day. Just try touching your toes, laying on the ground bending your knee back to your chest, etc. I'm sure you can look up back stretches on Google or something, because quite frankly, I don't feel like typing them all out.

Anyway, I was informed that it'll take several months for the back to get back in good condition. Don't do any kind of physical activity for at least a month (that's what my doctor told me). Welp, good luck with the whole back pain. I know it hurts!

Try soaking in a hot bath, heating pads, and patches from the store that have lidocane in it work good but there only temporary. If it is bad and dosnt get better see a docter. It could be serious
