No, I prefer all the time consuming peel and cook. Rather old fashioned.

I've found that in most cases, the quick cook variety is of equal quality. Just add in a pat of butter and you really can't tell much of a difference.

I'm a home cooking kinda guy...
that likes things fresh to start...
brought to a slow simmer.......
and onto a full boil...till ready......
and again placed on simmer to relax the "STUFF"
I love leftovers too.....
