Appleton and Lange Radiography review for arrt exam?

Greetings everyone! I am planing to buy a book by Apleton and Lange review for Radiography. And taking my ARRT examination in a few months.
Will the questions from this book help me pass my ARRT EXAM.

Appleton and Lange is a good study guide, but I didn't study before taking the exam...I graduated on a Friday and took it on Tuesday and got 85%...if you went to a good school, you should do fine. My school has a 100% first time passing rate. Of course you should still study the guide, though!
