Got it! If you add the previous 3 numbers, you come up with the next number...-1+0+1=0, 0+1+0=1, 1+0+1=2, 0+1+2=3 etc. The next 3 numbers are 68, 125, 230. TahDah!

This is a moving or rolling window where the numbers are summed to find the next in line. In this case, 3 numbers summed in sequence equals the next in line. The next 3 in this sequence are 68, 125, and 230, if I added correctly in my head that is!

-1 + 0 + 1 = 0
0 + 1 + 0 = 1
1 + 0 + 1 = 2
0 + 1 + 2 = 3
1 + 2 + 3 = 6
2 + 3 + 6 = 11
3 + 6 + 11 = 20
6 + 11 + 20 =37
and the next 3 are:
11 + 20 + 37 = 68
20 + 37 + 68 = 125
37 + 68 + 125 = 230

Add the three preceding terms:

-1 + 0 + 1 = 0
0 + 1 + 0 = 1
1 + 0 + 1 = 2
0 + 1 + 2 = 3
1 + 2 + 3 = 6
2 + 3 + 6 = 11
3 + 6 + 11 = 20
6 + 11 + 20 = 37
11 + 20 + 37 = 68
20 + 37 + 68 = 125
37 + 68 + 125 = 230

etc.
