We are used to being born as children and gradually becoming more rational and smarter. If adam was rational, wouldn't he realize that there was a world before him, and that he wasn't there yesterday, and something is reaaaally off?

God made Adam's brain just like he made your's and my brain. Everybody just is lives in a different world wether back then or our times. Each person is made differently.
