I have a limited or no connection on my other computer. I checked the modem and the internet's working for my sister;s computer, but for the ethernet, it isn't and I can't connect. Dunno what to do, help please? I checked my adapter on my laptop and tried repairing the connection but it still says limited or no connection.

I unplugged the router too and it still not getting the ethernet to work.

if u have windows xp, go to:
start> control panel> network connections> on the icon right click, choose eneble.

if it's wireless, you can try turning off the router for about 30 seconds and turning it back on. (unplug the power cable)
