it was because the liberal democratic media in chicago demanded the release of gop jack ryan's divorce papers...out of concern for the public they said...ryan was a shoe in until a liberal judge in los angeles ordered the divorce papers unsealed...neither he nor his wife wanted their divorce specifics to be made public..the embarassment caused ryan to drop out, and obama stepped right in.

Meaning the public found out what a sleazeball Ryan was and voted for Obama? Well, add him to the list: Foley, Cunningham, etc. etc.
Getting caught isn't unfair--its the risk a corrupt politician takes. There's an easy to avoid the problem. It's called integrity.

So Republican sex perverts and wife abusers are perfectly fine to elect, but law abiding, Christian Democrats are undesireable? It was perfectly lawful unsealing the divorce papers - nothing was made up.
Sounds like Repubs don't like it when dirt is dug up on them, although they heartily endorse it when trying to destroy the reputation of an opponent. What goes around comes around.
