I would surmise that he isn't really interested in working on the marriage. I would be mad but not surprised that he was having sex with someone. After all you had been separated a year, and I don't know any angels.

Get a lawyer, and finish the divorce proceedings.

Guess it would depend if it's just sex, or it means something between this woman and your ex. A year is a long time to be separated, I don't think I'd have expected him to be a saint... HOWEVER, if you and he were working on things, then I'd say I'd be pretty pissed off to find him in bed with another woman.

Seriously, I would think,"Where is the best, closest divorce attorney?"

It cracks me up when people say they were "separate" and; therefore, it is somehow 'ok' to be adulterous.
If you are not divorced then it is not ok to be with someone else. The point of a separation is to work on the problems in the relationship not work on another relationship.

Be thankful you know and let it go!
Spend your time and energy finding someone worthy of you!

Maybe he is trying to get back in shape for you or he is trying to sell the rv and she wants to test the bed.

Gosh, I could say that I would do this and that... but realistically speaking...I'd probably blow up (emotionally) and go crazy, whcih is the wrong way to go about things.

The RIGHT thing to do, let them have each other, and move on with YOUR life. No one loves you more than you! :)

I would question his sincerity regarding marriage counseling. He may have changed his mind.

I would be startled about it and just walk out. and not saying a thing. and talk to my lawyer to start the divorce proceeding.

Dont waste your money on a counselor, instead save it for a good attorney.
