I'm looking into getting a new Sprint phone, and would like to look at some online before going to the store, but it won't let me without entering all my information to upgrade. We don't get good Sprint service here and have had major problems with billing, and are waiting for the contract to run out before going with something else, but my phone is about a year and a half old, and I'm ready for a new one. Help!

i do know how to answer this question since i work for radioshack and handle sprint everyday. right now there is a fix on CS and billing going on now so you should be fine right now. also check about employee discounts.

heres something to consider before looking into something else. there is new plans available with new phones. now roaming is free and if you dont get good sprint signal in your house then leave it on roaming and you should be fine without hidden charges.

2... look into a sanyo phone especially a m1 or 8400 since those get the best signals

3... go to radioshack, they have the best prices on phones at the store or through direct 2 u (ask them about it, the prices beat anyone right now and will always. ex. fusic for 150 at stores is 70 outright at direct 2 u)

4... you have 22 months to upgrade not 24 months, consider a new phone before you switch with those 2 i recommend.

5... you going to have to get a new 2 year agreement like any carrier UNLESS your buy your phone outright on ebay and tell them about it. however i still recommend radioshack

6... give sprint a chance and look into the new plans and coverage map. its well worth it and beats verizon and cingular by a lot

I happen to know that Sprint is having a MAJOR problem with customer service and it is affecting there stock, that bad! Sooo if I were you, I would call customer service and ask for a manager, then complain about the service and tell them what you want in order for you to stay with Sprint. I think the will give you what you want. Good luck!

Does sprint have the thing that Bluegrass has, where you get a free phone every 2 years? If you do you might get one. Check your contract or talk to a sprint representative.
