My concern would be why is a 41 year old man interested in a 15 year old, and please don't tell me that age is just a number. He is a pedophile. Stay away, please... for your own safety. This could not turn out well for you.

Yes. It is against the law becuse in order for the girl to get pregant, she would have dated the man before she decided to get "ammapated". Therefore, he broke the law.

If you can't spell emancipated then I doubt you really are. If the child has been emancipated then it is perfectly fine because legally that child is an adult. I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure that would be the way it'd go down.
