Has anyone truly seen a remarkable difference in the appearance of their skin with the use of a particular moisturizer or treatment - or are we all just wasting our money?

I'm not referring to acne treatments.

I use Olay Regenerist microdermabrasion treatment twice a week, and daily I use Mary Kay, 3-in-one cleanser and age fighting moisturizer. I have seen a HUGE difference in my skin and I get a lot of compliments. The products are kind of pricey, but well worth it in my book, I've tried tons of products and I've finally hit the jackpot with these.

You should use it for the SPF, but I do notice a difference. I didn't always use it because my face was greasy. When I did start to use a moisturizer, the greasiness went away. In the winter, it keeps my skin from getting too dry. Try different ones to see what works for you.

I have noticed a difference in my skin with different moisturizers. I cannot use anything with mineral oil in it, and I dont recommend anyone use any facial lotions with mineral oil in it- especially those with oily skin. The name mineral oil is very deceiving, its a bi-product and has no minerals in it. Anyhow, oilier skins need to use things like Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel (light weight and oil free), normal to dry skins need to use something formulated for their skin type like Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion. Basically a good skin care regimen is clinique 3step its worked great for me and well worth the money. I have heard proactive is also a great skin care line. You kinda just have to figure out what works best for you and stick with it. And I am not saying you need to go spend a load of money on a skin care line because my mom has used dove soap and oil of olay on her skin for years and she has beautiful skin. But I am saying a good moisturizer needs to be paired with a good cleanser and toner... you cant just do one thing especially if your wear any kind of makeup.

I'm not sure but my mom recently bought this brand called Dior. i guess it's good cos since she started using it every one has been telling her how nice her skin looks. anyway i guess it's more important to cleanse your face, scrub it and tone it. if you want a natural moisturizer try washing your face with equal amounts of milk and water. that's what i do. I've heard that putting on lemon juice and honey and rose water is good for the skin, never tried it though. if your going to try it put a bit on the back of your hand and see if you get a reaction to it.

Hope in a bottle by Philosophy. I have combination skin and have used several different products. This one out does them all. It even balanced my skin tone. I love it and recommend it.

The reason that I use the facial moisturiser (mostly generic brands) is because of the SPF. You should protect you face from the sun, it will prevent dark spots, freckles and possibly wrinkles.
buh bye!!!
