I have a frigidare oven and the outer glass broke we ordered the part but can't find any instructions on how to install it. Does anyone know how or where I can find help.

I too have a Frigidaire stove. I take my glass out at least once a year to clean it. On my stove, I unscrew the screws on the inside at the top to remove the handle bar and its surround. After that assembly is apart, the glass slides right out.

Good luck and hope I helped! ;)

It really isn't tough at all. Open the oven door to the broil position, the first place the door will stop. Pull up on the door and it will come off the hinges. Remove all the screws on the inside of the door, now carefully separate the inside and outside halves of the door. Take a careful look at where everything sits ( you may want to take some digital photos at this point), but don't worry it's not that complicated. remove the broken glass, replace it and reassemble the door. The first time I did it I was a bit intimidated too, I was surprised to see how easy it was.

You could call your local appliance store...they'd be glad to assist....most ovens have screws on the side....need to completely take the door apart..don't forget to replace the cording around the glass to keep the seal....
Most doors just pop off.....OR...you could look it up on the net. wwww.frigidaire.
however...tehy may just provide a number to call for technicl support...or possibly send you a book..but that would take forever....
