They already exist. They're called Hovercrafts. Though not in mass production now, I would predict they are available to the public in 10 years - at a hefty price though.
Cars were invented long before Henry Ford. He merely came up with an efficient way to mass produce them.

Way back in 1903, two brothers made a flying car. Don't know if you noticed or not but they've been around for a little while now. They call them airplanes.

don't know when. in 1991, in 6th grade we had to read the monthly issue of "scholastic" science magazine. they said by like 2005 we'd have flying cars and a "bio-dome" colony living on the moon... what year is this...
