The reason people say glasses help is because they do not know how to address strain caused by bad eye habits. My eyesight has improved and I no longer need glasses because of relearning correct eye habits which perfect-sighted people use 24/7.

What light rays do is they get bent through glasses and create strain because of size/depth modifications created by bent light rays. Have you noticed that the world seems smaller or bigger when you wear glasses?

This causes mental strain due to size/depth modifications which confuses the brain, and the only thing that counteracts this strain are good eye habits.

Good eye habits will prevent vision from deteriorating even when not wearing glasses.

It would probably give your eyes a much needed break if you wore your glasses for a while. I mean like for a week wear only glasses and if you do wear your contacts, be diligent about taking them out and cleaning them properly. Take good care of your eyes, you won't regret it.
