Of course Thomaas comes first before Thomas because the first five letters are the same "Thoma" but the next letter of Thomaas is "a" and Thomas is "s" and a comes first before s.

Definatelt Thomaas not Thomas because the 6th letter is an A in Thomaas and the 6th letter in Thomas is S and A comes before S. But why such an odd question??

Thomaas, you start with the first letter and see which is closer to A. Only when a letter is the same do you go to the next letter.
