Try http://www.tennis-warehouse.com and then click Liquidation you will find a lot of great racquets over there . but you don't need to buy from there you could just search then go to the nearest sport shop in your home because you will add some shipping fee

You would want the Head I-Radical. Most places will sell you this racket for around $60-$80 pre-strung. I bought mine from Sport Chalet for $ 59 with string included. It's one of Agassi's original rackets and it works for all types and all levels of players. The racket is moderately heavy so, the strings won't break too often. It's very durable and very effective for the serve. Best of Luck.

If u mean dirt cheap, Wilson usually has 1 at Wal Mart for 10-20 bucks that works fine if ur a beginner

the liquidation section has some cheap rackets that are discontinued. they're good, they're' just the old versions of the rackets that the pros use now.
