naruto wants to bring sasuke back to the konoha village. he does not want sasuke (naruto considers him as one of his first real friends) to leave. sasuke wants to leave because he wants to train under orochimaru in order to gain the power to beat (and even kill) his brother itachi. sasuke fights in order to cut off all connections and relationships he has while he was in the village.
