If you could describe the little tiny things in as much detail as you can, we would be better able to decide what they are. Otherwise, we can only guess.

Maybe you could describe them?

Are they about 1/4 inch and do they look like the guy in this photo: http://www.naturegrid.org.uk/biodiversity/invert/graphics/shrimp3.jpg

This is a kind of saltwater shrimp that usually comes in with live rock. If you have fish, they will usually eat these shrimp.

If they are kind of reddish brown lines and only on the back legs, emerald crabs are supposed to have these - they're part of its body and makes them look like they have hairy legs: http://www.thereeftank.com/photopost/data/509/3590Emerald-Crab-1a.jpg

Could be mites or lice. Go to your local pet store, preferably a small one and not a big chain. Usually people in smaller stores know more about animals and products. (I know because I work at a small pet store) They should be able to give you the product that you need.
