I have a few male students who have crushes on me and they sometimes openly harass me. I document all these issues and I tell them it's not appropriate and to stop. Some of them have backed off and some just won't stop. I'm a first year teacher, so I'm wondering what the proper avenue is. Should I take these students to my administrators, i.e., principal, assistant principal, etc.? Should I call their parents? What should I do?

I do shut them down. I tell them they can't speak to teachers that way. I tell them to stop. I tell them I would never EVER date a student. They just keep coming back. What's the next step?
