they have advocated white supremacy, antisemitism, racism, anti-Catholicism, and homophobia. they have lynched african americans and they disgrace the name of god, christianity and everything they stand for, how can they be allowed to exist?

srry but i dont exactly know what the black panthers are but any german nazi that was a nazi during hitlers time can be arrested and sent to jail under german laws no matter where they live and the kkk are the neo-nazis.

technically, them assembling isn't illegal and neither are their beliefs. its their actions that are illegal, its once they start damaging property and hurting people that the problems start

I understand where you are coming from.I was in the army and when i got out of my ait and went out for the first time after training.There was KKK standing and protesting outside the gate at gulf port Mississippi.Another time when i came back from Iraq, They were there talking about god bless the white man and praise all the dumb Ni**as that died over there.So i hate them with a passion and if any of them ever wanted to go toe to toe with me I would love it.
But on a side note I also advocate their right to have free speech, no matter how messed up their beliefs are.I don't believe that we should stop people from speaking their minds.Its their actions that we can stop.My military brothers and our military fathers have died to keep that right.And even if you illegal them, that wont stop the way people think.I am a black man and i travel all over the country and I have been to too many places where i get stared at by people.They are in a organization but they have a belief on certain races.That is something that will take millions of years to change.So if they are illegal it wont change nothing, people will still view people in a different way, as long as their actions don't go alone with their views its OK.Because peoples change their views and thoughts everyday

Absolutely. They are full of hate and ignorance. What's worse is they poison their childrens minds, which spreads the disease and keeps it alive. Any parent who manipulates a childs mind to hate so vehemently should be charged with child abuse...because that is percisely what it is. A few years back I watched a documentary about the kkk - and watched in horror as a six year old girl who was raised in this clan, spewed, cussed and degraded an adult who was of a different race. Her face was red and she wore the most twisted scowl I've ever seen...as though she was possesed. It was both shocking and heartbreaking.

So yes, it should be illlegal. No doubt about it.

While I think the KKK is about the most disgusting thing around, I also believe they have the right to believe the way they want. I do believe the police, FBI, and all law personnel should be making sure their rallys are all legal without anyone being abused or harassed. It would be nice if we could forbid them to be around but than we would be practicing what they are preaching. And the general population should be better than that.

they should not be. If you actually paid attention you would know that they have other stances then just that. You are focusing on the extremes. and the big thing is that you should remember that this is the USA. we have the freedom of speech and of peaceful assembly. yes certain kkk members are involved in illegal activities but the government does their job by prosecuting those bad apple. making them illegal is like saying the Republicans want to take away your personal liberties and making them illegal.

They can exist because though theyr'e a hate group and would do the world better by completely being removed off, most of them do not commit crime against the law. The crimes are morally and ethically wrong but to keep a group from existing they have to go against the law.

unfortunately they are protected by this countries f*cked up constitutional laws and that is freedom of speech. i hate the KKK with a passion. but I'll give you the truth about them. you will never ever see them going to lower class black neighborhoods preaching their hate because they would not make it out alive. so that gives me the impression that they are cowards. anyone who has to hide behind a mask anyway are cowards. Well they are a group just like anyone else, they should be able to express their views like everyone else, as long as if they aren't telling people to attack these people who they hate or they attack them themselves they should be allowed to form. But i agree with you they are a disgrace to the name of God, as past experience goes..
