Of course, you could say that about almost any sign. On the other hand, if the Aquarius is advanced, mature in this human incarnation, chances are jealousy, self-pity, and possessiveness will do the trick to motivate the anger and bitterness you're seeking.

They can brood and become very self-indulgent--not in a good way via alcohol, etc. I don't believe I've seen anger, only when really taunted by others, and when that occurs they verbalize loudly what's bothering them and then go off to brood somewhere about it.
