I love Oxford and would like to live there but it was freezing the two times I have visted, August and September. Is it always so cold in Oxford?

no! During the summer it is fabulous.. it is basically the same climate as anywhere else in England... it's just an amazing place to be.. I'm going to study there next year! Besides... the social life there makes up for any weather discrepencies.

August and September should not be freezing in Oxford. But one thins about UK is that the wheather is not predictable. You can have all 4 seasons in one day. Try gain, next time you might be lucky!

Summer is June-August.
