Hunters and gatherers lived mobile and very low nutritious lives.

"Nutritious" doesn't sound right.

Does nutritional sound better?

There is no such thing as a nutritious life, nor a mobile life for that matter. Use the word lifestyles instead.

Hunters and gatherers lived nomadic lives (nomadic means they moved a lot, that is, mobile) which resulted in them have a fairly rigid diet lacking in all the nutrients they needed.

Hunters and gathers migrated often, resulting in a narrow diet not containing all the nuturents they needed.

Neither. Try "Hunters and Gatherers lived very mobile lives with limited access to a variety of foods."
