Who can I ask my grammer question's from?

I use to studying english these day's and sometimes I have problem's with some sentence's and I can't get them to internet dictionary like Encarta.com because they are not word's. So, I need some web site or something to asking my question's about the some sentence's grammer from. Guid me more if you can.
