how do i let my freind know my opinion about her clothes without hurting her feelings? she asks me is there anything wrong with my clothes and i say wear whatever you like she doesnt dress bad or anything i mean we are in highschool but one time a girl told her that she wears her jeans too high up the waist she told me about it but i told her that you dress to please yourself not others but at the same time i want to give her some fashion advice without hurting her feeling she is really sensitive.

take her shopping and try out heaps of different styles, tell her the ones you really like and then just see what she thinks, you are right in telling her to dress the way she wants, but showing her other options and being enthusiastic about more trendy options might be all she needs to have the confidence to change her style

well first and foremost have u guys done clothes shopping together? that's the right time to give some fashion advice when she asked your opinion regarding some style cloths she think its good on her but it's not, then start suggesting your taste of style that way she won't feel hurt and feel geeky on her style of clothing.

You create a 3rd person situation.When you are with your friend and you see someone that you could compare the way your friend dresses say something like, "wouldn't she look better if she wore her clothes this way or that way" That way she might get the hint and it takes the guilt off of your shoulders.

EASY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This same thing happens with me. Next time she asks you tell her you like it but it isn't something you'd wear. Include that there is nothing wrong with how she dresses buit ask if she WOULD like some fasion advice. If she says no then the best thing you can do is respect her decision.

Next time you go shopping with her say something like, "How about something sexier?" Let her try on some low rise jeans and hopefully she will get the hint.

without hurting her feelings that is called constructive criticism, tell her when you guys are alone to just say hey i read in this fashion magazine that they do this..... and say a bit of advice.
