You didn't specify, land, air or water, and the answer is not the same! The fastest air animal(and king of all the animals is) the Peregrine Falcon which can get over 200 mph when diving for prey. The fastest water animal is the sailfish which I believe has been clocked at 75 mph. The fastest land animal is the cheetah which has been clocked at just over 70 mph. Of course man is the fastest of all animals, or course that's when he's strapped to a Saturn Rocket booster!

A falcon, which is a bird of prey. Can reach diving speeds over 120 mph. Some say they have recorded faster. Land would be the cheetah for all out speed,in water I think it's the tuna.
