What if I don't eat dinner but I replace it by drinking milk at night times? Is that good?

No, its not good. If you don't eat dinner , your metabolism will go down and your body won't get the nutrients it needs from just milk. I know it may be hard sometimes, but a small well balanced meal is needed. Try eating more at lunch and have a small dinner. Getting in your veggies and protein in. or have at least a salad with chicken and a slimfast.

No. This will not keep you full, so you'll wake up in the middle of the night, if you don't get hungry before you go to sleep, and you'll be restless & hungry! Not good! If you want to replace a meal at night, the best thing to do is to drink a protein shake w/ water (less calories & sugar) and it will fill you up!

Milk tends to flem up the throat, so if you are somewhat lactose intolerant, it is not a good idea to have any dairy products before bedtime. Otherwise I see no harm in just milk before bed as long as you get the rest of your requirements at other meals.

No, Your body need food to boost your metabolism in order to burn fat, when you deprive you body of food it goes into the starvation mechanism and cause you body thrive and store what little fat it has. Your should eat five to six SMALL Meals every day and drink lots of water, remember life is short eat what you want but in a healthy way.

No because what you need is the calorie intake. Milk doesn't equal a full square meal.

No 'cause milk has alot of un-healthy chemicals. are u trying to loose weigh 'cause it wont work-ive tried!
