It depends on the situation. To use as a form of birth control? NO, I don't agree with that at all. If it's for a medical reason, that's acceptable. If it's being considered due to a rape, while some women would say to keep it, it's still the woman's choice, and her choice would be perfectly acceptable.

Like I said, though, these chicks who are going in, having ten abortions are not good. They make the entire reason that abortion was created seem totally wrong and immoral.

No abortion is taking a life- that is not good- It is not only a bad choice because it takes the life of the child- it is bad for the woman. Physical risks include, torn uterus, later miscarriages or not being able to get pregnant, chances of getting breast cancer increases- and bleeding excessively. Also emotional risks can last a lifetime- guilt, shame, remember taking a life. At the time the woman thinks it is a quick fix for "the problem". Remember that when the woman and the man chose to have sex, they must, if she gets pregnant most more choices- abortion is not a good choice- that child has no say in this. so NO abortion is not a good choice-

I know i will get ALLOT of negative reactions from many of you out there and that is OK i don't care there girls need to know they have rights and one of there rights is to ask a question and not be made to feel bad or stupid for looking at all there options and trying to make an informed decision they come on here looking for support and a shoulder to lean on and they get attacked for asking most have no one else to turn to and they have turned to you and you call them names and treat them so badly

Why would you ask that? Everyone's going to lash out at you! Anyways... I would not say they are good, far from being good, but they are there for a reason. Possibly for a baby being born with a sickness causing them a painful short life, or maybe having the baby will kill the mother in the process and they want to save the mothers life, or maybe rape followed by an unwanted pregnancy. SO abortions are NOT good, but are there for reasons, BUT unfortunately are taken advantage of from little girls who dont want to tell their parents. It is NOT good at all, but it is even worse if it is used for the wrong reasons.

I think they are a good thing that provides a valuable alternative. I don't think they're evil, or that anyone getting one is a murderer.

In real life, I'm the majority. In Yahoo Answers, I'm going to get 12 thumbs downs because I'm pro-choice.

But anyway, a "baby" at the stage when you are aborting is not a human being. It is a clump of cells. My OPINION is that if it isn't viable outside the womb, it's not a child.
