Wait another three days, and go to the doctor. You can't expect to get a good answer here with your limited symptoms.

More than likely gastroenteritis.

Ok, who gave me thumbs down. Which part of my answer is incorrect?! It's flu season, and there is nothing allopathic medicine can do for the flu so she should wait another few days to see if symptoms persist, even though flu and gastro are not one and the same.
