Paige. Yah, she was the newest but I think she has the most personality. Also, her being only a half sister adds good dimensions to her character and makes for interesting twists.

My favorite character on Charmed has to be Grams or Patty (their mom), because regardless of death, they were coming back. I loved every episode where they did, Grams always took charge, while being rough, and gruff, but was usually right. But if she was wrong, wouldn't really admit to that either. While Patty was more soft spoken and kind, but always there for the girls at the right moment. I loved Piper of course, but every episode with Grams of their mom always made me smile more.
