When is the earliest to experience pregnancy symptoms, and what are they? Besides the obvious missed period. Also, can some women still have a normal period while pregant? I heard that somewhere, but lemme know your experience if any. Thanks.

I had tummy aches about 2 weeks after i had sex. Didn't miss my period then tho. Then my breasts got sore. Then i missed my period.

And Yes.. you can still have your period when your pregnant. Happened to a close friend of mine. She didn't know she was pregnant untill her water broke. (she is kind of a big girl)

Donuts! I am 20 weeks and still craving donuts. And peanut butter. There were lots of little signs for me, but I would have to say the biggest tip off is the getting nauseated from smells. Once that happened I got a test and it was positive, about 5 days before i was due to start period. Also, about the normal period....I did not have that but I did have implantation bleeding which can apparently be mistaken for a period, I also had lots of spotting through about 12 weeks which I guess some people might mistake for a period. Good luck.

I don't know about the normal period thing, because you don't ovulate when you are pregnant. It would not be considered a normal period. I had a chemical pregnancy in December and had symptoms a week before my period was due. I am pregnant again (5 weeks) and started having symptoms around the time my period was due.

My last LMP was November 17 and I noticed my first symptoms on January 6, I found out I was pregnant on January 7.
It is extremely rare to have a period while pregnant. During the implantation process the fertilized egg burrows into uterine wall. Our periods stop because if they didn't the odds of flushing fertilized egg out when out period started is extremely high.

Some people claim that they know exactly when they got pregnant, and others do not know well into the pregnancy. some of the symptoms of pregnancy are, breast tenderness, sickness,
feels like P.M.S. , bloating, fatigue, sleepy a lot,,and many others. There are some people who do still have their normal period.I'm not sure how long they have them but i know that it can happen. I hope that this is what you need.

well with my son i had low back pains early on, [but not with the girls.] you will feel sleepy for no apparant reason, i mean actually sleepy, like you want to just 'nest' be all cozy and quiet and all of a sudden you want to nap during the day, you may have to pee often. Believe it or not you might crave certain foods also, for me it was donuts. Some smells make you feel a little sick, like the smell of coffee brewing, even though its a nice smell. and normally never bothers you. Or hamburger frying, or the smell of cigarette smoke.
