i take soccer p.e. class and like normal people, i sweat. but most of the other kids right after the class they just wipe them selves with a paper towel and wash thier faces and thier faces arent sweaty and red anymore. i do the same but it doesnt work. how do i make it that i dont look all sweaty and my face isnt red? and showering isnt an answer because there are no showers.

Sounds like me. I tend to sweat heavier than other guys, always have. Not much you an do about it, except maybe use more cold water on your face, neck and arms to cool off your body faster--legs too since you are in shorts, just wet paper towels and go over as much bare skin as possible, rinsing in cool water. Might want to bring a hand towel from home to hold more water and give more cooling.

what i might could say appropriate to the nutrition is there is not a undeniable nutrition you are able to consume yet once you consume healthy and on no account pass breakfast it fairly is going to help your physique whilst that's working troublesome. i exploit degree medical for underarm sweating resistance because of the fact for some reason i'm consistently sweaty below my armpits and it has fairly helped, so in case you like that, that's something you're able to look into. additionally shop your hair tied returned with a good headscarf so there will be much less sweating on your brow, wish i helped !

I don't know what you can do about the face redness, but I find that running the inside of your forearm under cool water cools you down faster than putting cool water on your face, but you could try both and see if that helps.

This should be the least of your worries, your body sweats because it is trying to cool itself down after the sport you have been playing. You should try to keep yourself hydrated because drinking water also lowers down the body temperature and hence it will help u cool down faster so hopefully you will sweat a lot less.
