my car runs and about 50 mph it feels likes a kick and it keeps running fine, so can anyone help?

all right its a 92 bmw 3181 4 cyl 5 speed manuel and when it hits about 60mph it feels like it kicks mostly just once so what do you guys think?

Without road testing it it will be hard to pin point but here are a few things to look at ;
Check the throttle position sensor
check for transmission trouble ( low fluid burnt fluid )
poor fuel
poor tune up
ecm codes
Could go on but would need to road test to feel whats happening

1986 and on BMW's are bad for electrical shorts. To the point of catching the car on fire.They like other car companies purchased cheap wire looms from other countries.
My advice is to install new wiring,even if you get the one problem fixed.
