Does any one have any experience or knowledge of the way that i am feeling....
on many occasions i become nervous because i feel as though i must be the best (like going to work or playing an instrument in front of others)....sometimes my nerves become so out of control that i become dizzy....also i find myself unwanting to spend time with many people at one time....i usually feel uncomfortable and try to find a way to get out of it....like going to a public place, i put off time until i have to be there

some one have any words of advice

What will happen to you if you are not seen in a favourable light with these people? Sometimes we put too much on ourselves. Relax and live your life. Good luck to you.

hey there,

I think ur nervousness comes from stress. U stress for perfection. Just do things to the best of ur ability. No one's perfect :)

Take for example, playing an instrument, u should play for the love of it. But if ur stressing so much, there's no way u could be enjoying it.

You should take a break & reduce being so stressed out. Its also really unhealthy. It could make u sick. Mix around with people u feel comfortable with. Maybe catch a movie or hang out with ur loved ones.

i have a similiar case of social anxiety, where I get real sweaty and feel that people are judging me... i also don't really like public places and get very nervous... but i've begun to understand that its just a way of life, and we need to overcome the fear!
