I always have puppy dog eyes and i want to brighten them up, its not like i try to look sad they just do it alone, how do i look happier?

Try plucking your eyebrows so they arch upwards at the outer part. Also if you use eyeliner in the corners of the eyes extending upwards, this can give the appearance of more 'happy' eyes.
