I have an 1874 dime with lady liberty or something like it, with a pole and what resembles a flag. she is sitting and turning to the left(your right) Surrounded by "United States of America. "Behind her states "One Dime". This Dime is enclosed with what looks like copper surrounding it to wear for a necklace. Does anyone have an idea??

You have a Seated Liberty Dime, struck in 0.900 fine silver from 1837 to 1891. But you dime was mounted onto a copper pendant bezel, thus making it a jewellery item rather than a collectible coin. Your dime should have most of the details visible since it was handpicked to be used a jewellery.
Assuming that you dime wasn't damaged by the bezel, scratched or polished, it's worth:

1874 (no small alphabet beneath wreath)
- average circulated : $30-$50
- nicely circulated : $150
- about uncirculated : $400-$500

1874-S (with small "S" alphabet beneath wreath)
- average circulated : $100-$150
- nicely circulated : $300
- about uncirculated : $500-$600

1874-CC (with small "CC" alphabets beneath wreath)
- average circulated : $6.5k-$12k
- nicely circulated : $20k
- about uncirculated : $30k-$35k

These are catalog values, and you'll get less if you sell the coin to a coin dealer.

you have a liberty seated dime, what is the mint mark?, that will help tell what your dime is worth, if it is a 1874 CC,mybe worth 500.00,or more, a typical 1874 dime about 5.00 to 15.00, if uncirculated 150.00 to 200.00 in mint condition
