my friends are talking behind my back?!?

Hi well the story goes like this. During school in the locker room I said something (not offending) that everyone thought was really stupid. My friend recently has been giving me a lot of trouble and attitude, like whatever I said she makes me feel like im lame and stupid. Well anyway when we were walking to class, a girl i knew went up to them and said hi. I then heard her say something like "who are you talking about?" (I was walking behind them, not in the group) I then heard one of the girl say the thing i said in the locker room, only mimicking me, and she knew I was right behind her! I KNOW she had said that out loud so i could hear her and make me feel bad. What should i do? I dont want to be such a pushover, but i dont want to start anything, but they have giving me a lot of other trouble, other then this, and i dont know why.

Before I took any advice from u guys, it got worse. When I was changing in the locker room they all started making fun of me but even worse! They were all like oh are u wearing ur tuesday underwear today? in front of the whole locker room. I didnt know what 2 say so i just ignored them. Please help!!!

Kill those girls with kindness! It may sound stupid, but if you are EXTREMELY nice to them, they could see there teasing and talk isn't bothering you and could stop. Examples: if ya see her in the hallway give her a smile and wave, or hold the door open.

Now, you said a friend was talking behind your back, just forget her! A true friend would NEVER talk behind your back like that, so just dump her. Find yourself some real friends who you know you can trust, and see how it goes!

Well, I think in order to squash this whole thing, you need to go up to the girl that you said the comment about and tell her that you didnt mean it in an offensive way, you were just talking, and you apoligize if she felt offended or if she felt like you were talkin about her negatively. It will cause less drama, im not saying that it will or will not work, but atleast try...You dont know...you might end up cool at the end.

there arent ture friendz. real friendz never talk b hind ur bac. She jus hatin. Dont worry bout em they r probably jealous of u. It's normal 4 sum1 2 talk b hind ur bac but not ur friendz. U should stand up 2 them.Dat isnt right.



To make them jealous u could wear sum tight clothes like little short skirts and cute tops any thing dat will bring th boyz attention.But not anything 2 make u seem like a h*e u no wat i mean nor anything 2 make people call u a slut or a hooker.u wanna make good impressions!!!!



Try 2 make new friendz dat will treat u good and those u trust!!! U dont need them find sum1 else.U need a friend dat will support u fully not like if they think u wrong jus express ur self 2 ur old friendz and if they dont change then find new 1s. Theres nothin u can do bout it. they either like u or dont like u.U need people dat arent bac stabbers or switch outs nor 1s u argue wit alot. When i say switch out i mean people who say they dont like dat person but always n there face talkin 2 them and hangin around them and then actin like they dont like u.



If they want 2 fight u go wit it or dont as long as they dont touch u u shouldnt fight but if they do u make a choice if u should or shouldnt. They definately r gonna hate on ya. And act as if ur 2 kool 4 them. They either com runnin bac 2 ya or jus b jealous!!!!



Remeber 2 dress nice and look good hav hair done good dont wear anything dat will get u n trouble wear a cute name brand outfit !!!! And Work It!!!!!

hahaha thats nuttin!!! i wouldent sweat it, considering that i go to a tiny private school (which means the only fun thing is gossip about anyone and anything (and the funny thing is that you would think that the ppl would get the facts strait cuz its a tiny school but nothing ever comes out right)) but yeah, thats nothing. try having your friends tell your teachers that you like so-and-so when you dont! or having ur best friend talk about you behind your back right in front of your face and act like he/she is still your friend! try having a class of 16 kids!

I think you should say to your friend, "are you mad at me?" or "did I do something wrong?" Who knows whats up, the best thing to do would be to find out ASAP! You don't want to be mean and give them attitude, just shake it off and act like you don't care. They might be trying to trick you or get you to be mean to them, but don't be, keep telling yourself to be the better person, and maybe during lunch talk to your guidence counculor.......that will help! the almost same thing happen to me. but all u got to do is ignore them, or tell a guidance counselor. the only reasons she said it out loud because she want to make u feel bad, u have to let her know that it's NOT BOTHERING YOU.!!!

Just don't talk to them for a little and when you do confront them about the problem. If they are would about it then forget it. You can find other friends.
