I assume she no longer wanted to be on the show.
Excuse on the show was 'Mom went abroad ((England, I think)) to study law.'

Yeah, she went to a different country on the show.... if u've seen the pilot for Corey in the House, the dad says something like she's abroad and Raven is in college, so it's just him and Corey..... so no more That's So Raven, now it's all about her brother's spinoff.... let's see if it does as well.....
