it's a Impiding traffic $150.00 ticket witch the cop said was a break from the speeding ticket $115.00 + 2 points that he could give her. if contested turns into a speeding ticket. clock her doing 48mph in a 35mph. moving radar= moving radar No Jurisdiction in this country has ever taken Judicial Notice that moving radar is accurate to the legal degree of certainty necessary for a conviction of a speeding offense. The reason such Judicial Notice does not exist is because scientific evidence as to the accuracy and reliability of moving radar has never been shown to be sufficient as to the accuracy reliability and admissibility of evidence obtained from such a device. Judicial notice does not exist and unless expert scientific testimony is presented, and examined as to the accuracy of this specific device I object to any evidence from this device being admitted or even considered.”

Traffic court, as in a traffic ticket or in a felony case involving cars? If its a misdeamenor there shouldn't be a problem. If its a felony, well its going to be difficult because of "spousal privilege" which prevents him from testifying against her, but makes it hard to testify in her behalf. Talk to the D.A. Maybe s/he can work the husband in if the judge allows it.

if she signs a power of attorney he can speak on her behalf. just like a lawyer showing up for you to represent your case

my husband did for me when i was in the hospital. i sent in a written statement and the power of attorney stating that he was allowed to represent me in that matter and ONLY that matter and that it expired at the end of the court procedure.

I still had to pay the fine but there was no warrent put out for my arrest because of the circumstances and my court date was not missed.

A husband can never speak for his wife. In all cases he lacks the intelligence. The courts know this, so it is strictly forbidden.
