How do you gain EP in front mission 4.

you can easily gain a lot of EP, but the process is tedious.
take the character you want 2 gain ep with and put him/her in the very first battle simulator. you get 10-13 points per with one person
i believe that is how i did it
and you'll also get that spare cash that everyone needs
