I would perfer diamonds over a candle lit dinner, after all if the relationship finished, I could always sell the diamonds on Ebay.

i would rather have a candle lit dinner with someone than a diamond i meen sure diamonds look good but sooner or later they fade away but the memories of a candle lit dinner will last forever

diamonds are beautiful but a candle lit dinner sounds wonderful maybe later on in a realationship the diamond will come for now a romatic dinner sounds fantastic!

try gold- or white gold. Much better. Much more now.

Pick and choose if you know the person then go with what they like but for me i like a candlelit dinner it is so romantic.

Definitely.. if u dump her or vice versa... she will still have the diamond... & think of .. (how romantic)... ;-) you.
But candle will burn in hours
