Yes and a black/asian person would be more related to another black/asian person than they would a white person unless the white person was related through marriage to the black/asian person that might have been related to a Pacific Islander unless they weren't related some kind of way.

Just because its true i will give my example
My mothers sisters daughter: = My cousin
She has four children:
1 from an arab father
1 from a white father
2 from a black father
all four are my second cousins and all are equally related biologically by having the same great grandmother on the mothers side.
People of the world are more closely related than anyone will admit.

More than likely that sounds correct. Its more likely for a white person to be related to another white person. Its not 100% true, its just more likely.

Yes, I can relate to some black people more than some white people. For example: I can relate to a working middle class black man more than a starving homeless white person.

Actually studies have proven the the similarities across racial/ethnic groups, genetically speaking, is greater than even within groups. So, in that sense there is no more likelihood that a white person is related to another random white person than to a person of some other racial/ethnic group.

no cause by science, we all came from africa from about twenty people about 150 million yeas ago. skin color is because where your ancestors lived and adapted to their surrounds and sun etc. black if its hot,white if its cold
so were all related
unless you believe the adam and eve thing then were all related also
unless you believe in the alien thing then who knows
