How do i block format my article on microsoft words? its supposed to be newspaper format, with straight ends.?

First select a line, or a paragraph of text. Click on the format selection on the tool bar. Click on paragraph in the drop-down list. Select the indents and spacing tab. Click on the black arrow to display the list of options. Select justify.
